Note to our European Customers
From the 1st February 2021 we have temporarily suspended all EU shipping.
This is a temporary measure due to Covid-19 and Brexit and we hope to resume to normal as soon as possible.

Standard First Class Recorded Delivery (Up to 2 working days) - £5.00
Free on all orders over £50
Special Next Day Delivery - £8.00
NB. For guaranteed next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday.
Please note that any orders placed on a Friday can not be guaranteed next day.
*UK includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands – Jersey and Guernsey.
Some destinations may take longer than 48 hours for First Class delivery.
All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail/Parcel Force recorded services and will require a signature on arrival.
We endeavour to process all orders placed before 3pm for the same day dispatch.
IN-STORE PICK UP
Should you wish to collect your purchase in-store, please select 'Pick Up'.
Once your order has been processed and prepared you will be sent a notification via email or phone.
We aim to process in-store pick ups within 1-2 working days.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce International and will require a signature on arrival.
Rest of World* (Estimated 5-7 working days) - £25
To place an international order simply select country of destination at checkout and shipping will be automatically calculated.

TAX AND VAT
All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) where applicable.
DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may be liable for import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Taxation laws vary by country and will be determined by your local government. Please check what your local liability for Import tax is as Returns received due to unpaid duty will forfeit all additional costs incurred.
We will be extending our Returns Policy over the Christmas period.
Any items purchased from the 1st December can be returned for a full refund or credit note up to the 20th of January.
NB: Refunds can only be issued to the cardholder who purchased the item.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and accompanied with proof of purchase and all original labels intact.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, all returns will be accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Feel free to phone or email if you would like an exchange item put on hold.
We kindly ask that items are returned in their original, re-saleable condition - unworn with all labels intact and shoes must be returned in their original box.
We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or labels removed.

As a small independent business we are sadly unable to cover the postage cost of returned goods.
The responsibility for any returned items lies with the customer until it is received by Hub so we highly recommend a Recorded Delivery method.
Once received, we aim to process returns within 1-2 working days.
Refunds may take 2-3 days to appear on your bank statement.
