CHRISTMAS DELIVERY UPDATES
We’ve been loyal fans of Posties and the Royal Mail since we first opened our online store and we quietly champion the industrial action taking place this month over pay, jobs and conditions.
With this is mind, we are aware that the Royal Mail are working on huge backlogs at the moment so it is almost impossible to predict a guaranteed date of delivery.
We have tried other courier avenues but they too are experiencing huge backlogs and delays.

As frustrating as this must be, we truly appreciate your patience and thank you for your loyalty and custom.

So, for all customers who have placed orders over the weekend and throughout this week, we will be posting your parcels this coming Friday 16th December and all orders will be sent via a Royal Mail prioritised 24 hour service.
.
The final day for Christmas online ordering will be Monday 19th November at 4pm. On this last day, all orders will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will hopefully give your parcels a fighting chance to reach their destinations in time for Christmas Day.
(We will also be extending our returns policy to the 31st of January to allow more time for your parcel to make its journey back to us.)

Remember you can always gift your loved ones an online token too! A little something that can be received electronically and spent at a later date.
